Attribute Monitoring Application

Periodic attribute monitoring requires that you make regular monitoring measurements of a key quality attribute during the process of manufacturing a lot or batch of product.  For example, if an attribute such as weight is a key quality attribute, then measurements of the weight are taken at regular intervals during manufacturing. 

Frequently, these intermittent checks are 3 to 5 samples taken at approximately one hour intervals.  As these measurements are entered into the PlastiStats system, the system will notify the operator if any entered values are outside of the specification range.

In addition, the system displays a control chart enabling you to graphically view the performance of your manufacturing over a short time period enabling you to spot trends and potential problems before they become major problems.  (Click here to view a sample report)
