Log Book Application

This is a simple and very effective tool for keeping everyone in touch with the activities, problems, and issues that should be communicated between shifts and between personnel.  This log book enables a technician to enter into the computer key information regarding his shift's activities.  These notes are then stored in a database table where another team member, supervisor, or an employee starting another shift may review the activity in preparation for the start of their work day.  Since this application employs Internet technology, authorized users may view or add to the log even if they are working at home or on the road.
